The price quoted includes the cost of grading at the MGC Silver service level. Return shipping is charged at a flat rate of £12.00 per order via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

What happens next?

CardHawk acts as your trusted UK intermediary. Instead of navigating the MGC submission process yourself, you simply ship your cards domestically to CardHawk. From there, we handle the entire process:

1. Submit Your Cards to CardHawk

  • Package your cards in penny sleeves and semi-rigid holders or toploaders.
  • Send them to our secure UK intake address below:
  • CardhawkUK, Hendre House, Llanrwst, Conwy, United Kingdom, LL26 0RJ
  • Use "signed for and tracked" / "Special Delivery" postal services for your cards, insured via your postal service provider.

2. We Forward to MGC

  • We complete the MGC submission paperwork on your behalf.
  • Your cards are consolidated and shipped securely to MGC's grading facility in Hertfordshire.

3. MGC Grades Your Cards

  • A qualified MGC grading executive will authenticate your items.
  • Cards are graded on MGC's industry-standard 10-point scale and encapsulated in ultra-sonic tamper-proof sealed cases.
  • Each slab features MGC's advanced security technology including microchips, holographic designs, UV security ink and MGC Secure Tech™.
  • For the Silver service, turnaround is approximately 14 working days from MGC receipt.

4. We Return Your Slabs to You

  • MGC returns your graded cards to CardHawk.
  • Upon receipt we check the order for completeness and condition, then forward your slabs to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery (£12.00 per order).
  • Insured UK delivery, no customs or VAT surprises.
