⚠️ PSA Value & Bulk Tier Suspension — 2 June 2026
PSA has suspended all Value and Bulk submission tiers while they clear a backlog of over 10 million cards. These tiers are shown below for reference but cannot currently be ordered. We will reintroduce them as soon as PSA reopens submissions. Express, Super Express, Walk Through and higher tiers remain available.
💷 Prices shown are per card — the price you see is charged for each individual card you submit, not for your entire order. For example, submitting 10 cards at £30.00 per card will cost £300.00.
📦 Additional charges apply after grading — once PSA has completed grading your cards you will receive a supplementary invoice covering: any PSA upcharges (if your cards grade above the insured value of your chosen tier); return shipping from PSA to CardhawkGrading (typically $69.99–$89.99 via FedEx or DHL, fully insured — where possible we combine multiple customer orders to share this cost); and onward delivery from us to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx depending on the value of your cards.

Which tier should I choose? Choose a tier whose maximum insured value covers what your card could be worth once graded. Turnaround times are PSA business days and exclude weekends. Add 1–2 weeks for UK-USA transit time.
How does the Value tier work for smaller orders? There is no minimum order on our standard Value tier — even a single card is welcome. Smaller orders are carefully combined with our regular bulk submissions, giving you the benefit of bulk rates. Value Bulk is available for customers sending 20+ cards as a single lot at a further reduced rate.

Crossover vs Reholder vs Review? Choose Crossover if your card is in a BGS, SGC or other non-PSA slab. Choose Reholder if your PSA slab needs a new case. Choose Review if you believe your existing PSA grade is too low and want PSA to reconsider it — note that PSA may increase, decrease or keep the same grade.

What is a dual slab? PSA grades both the card and the autograph separately, housing them together in a single oversized dual slab. This is the gold standard for signed card grading.

What qualifies as an event ticket? PSA grades original event tickets and passes from concerts, sporting events, championship matches, historic occasions and similar events. PSA DNA Autograph Authentication
For rare or historically significant signed items — match-worn shirts, signed programmes, vintage photographs and similar memorabilia. PSA DNA authenticates the signature and provides a certificate of authenticity.

Vintage Press Photo Classification
PSA classifies vintage press photographs as Type I (original print from the era), Type II or Type III. This is particularly relevant for rare sports and entertainment photography from the early-to-mid 20th century.
